The Credo payment reserve system is engineered to help you hire or work with your marketing partner with confidence through Credo.
Once a project is signed, you fund your payment into escrow. If you don’t receive what your pro said you would, when they said you would, then a resolution is arbitrated.
How the Credo reserve system works:
Easily fund the balance of your project, held in Credo’s secure payment reserve system.
Work with your pro and get delivered what you were promised (or you don’t pay).
Once all the work is done, your pro gets paid within 10 business days.
98% of the projects we place through Credo are successful and happy. For those 2 percent who are not, Credo offers an arbitration process on our Concierge membership level (learn more here) in accordance with the guidelines here and makes a determination about whether the contract was satisfied or not. If you are not a Concierge member, you negotiate with the pro and settle upon a resolution then inform Credo. You can upgrade to the Concierge level at any time.
